About The Chef:
Chef Wayne began his cooking career at age 16. When asked what sparked his interest in the culinary arts, he often laughs. Why? It was never his intention to enter the field. As a high school student, the classes he wished to enroll (masenery and electrical engineering) were full. The only course with availability was food and nutrition. Reluctantly he enrolled under the impresion his course would be switched. When the opportunity to enter those classes presented itself; it was too late. Chef Wayne fell in love with the art of cooking.
